1. What we collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number.
• Shipment details: item description and category, weight, declared value, photographs and shipment direction.
• Sender and recipient contact and address details at both ends of the shipment.
• Payment confirmation data from Cashenvoy. We do not receive or store your full card number, expiry date or CVV.

2. Why we collect it

To create and fulfil your shipment in either direction, take payment, notify you of delivery status, and comply with customs and legal requirements in Nigeria and — for outbound shipments — in the destination country.

3. Who we share it with

• Cashenvoy, our payment processor, to take and verify payment.
• Airlines, freight partners and last-mile couriers carrying your shipment.
• Customs and regulatory authorities in Nigeria and the destination country.
• Our email delivery provider, to send transactional notifications.

We do not sell your personal data or share it for third-party advertising.

4. How long we keep it

Shipment and payment records are retained for as long as required by Nigerian tax, customs and accounting rules, and for the resolution of any dispute. Account data is retained while your account is active.

5. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Payment card entry happens entirely on Cashenvoy's hosted page, so card data never reaches our servers. Access to shipment records is restricted to authorised Bon Warehouse staff.

6. Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where we are not legally required to retain it. Email ship@bonwarehouse.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
